(Dan Tri) – 6 young Vietnamese designers had their works performed at the `UK Festival`.

The fashion show took place at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi on the evening of September 10.

This is an activity within the framework of the `UK Festival` organized by the British Embassy on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic cooperation between Vietnam and the UK.

Contributing to this international fashion show are products from 6 young designers who graduated from London College for Design & Fashion Hanoi (London Fashion Academy in Hanoi).

During nearly 10 years of Vu Ta Linh’s career, she has always faithfully pursued sustainable fashion with handmade elements, minimizing the involvement of machines.

The designs in the collection have many models of recycled old clothes, or use natural fabrics that are easily decomposed. Fabric treatments also limit waste such as: vegetable dyeing, chemical treatment.

Designer Lam Bui is an international student at London College of Fashion, England.

Lam Bui’s `Missed and reminded` collection uses many natural fibers that are easy to recycle and vegetable dyeing methods that limit toxic chemicals.

To ensure that the collection uses the most environmentally friendly materials, the designer also imported pineapple leather fabric from Spain.

Designer Hue Anh brought to the catwalk a collection inspired by Sapa Town and H’Mong ethnic costumes. The collection is a combination of traditional ethnic costumes and modern fashion.

The main material is taffeta fabric and the clothes are recycled from ethnic costumes.

Designer Huyen Pham – founder of the fashion brand L’allee – has products that carry the criteria of Handcrafted – sophisticated – easy to apply.

Huyen Pham brings sophisticated designs based on high-quality, durable fabrics that help maintain long-lasting clothing, adhering to sustainable fashion criteria.

Designer Eshter Tram – founder of fashion brand Esther studio – brings a collection that reflects personal freedom and symbolizes each person’s individuality through expressing diversity in design structure.

Blazers, trousers, and shirts have meticulous techniques and minimalist shapes, increasing the ability to combine and avoid going out of fashion, helping to prolong the product’s life cycle.

Designer Ta Thi Huong is the author of the `Role Playing` collection.

The trend of versatile, timeless clothing is emphasized by designers in the collection.
